We have been reading to the little ones from the Bible the book of John.  I love when we ask them what book we are in they scream out John.  It is funny if we veer from John that night and go to another book.  They shake their head.  It rocks their little worlds, but it is good to shake things up from time to time. 
In John 4:8-13 it is about the woman at the well.  Jesus is there also.  Reading this from a commentary brings a very interesting light on this whole event. 
It talks about living water.  When you look at John 7:38 it talks about the streams of living water. Through out the Bible streams and springs are mentioned.  I found this very interesting.  Isaiah 44:3, 55:1 Jeremiah 2:13, 17:13  Zech 14:8  Revelation 7:17 , 21:6  22:1, 17

I never thought of this before.  Just put it our there in case you wanted to check it out for yourself.  I love how God puts the Bible together.  The pictures he uses to help us understand just a little bit more each day.
